We
stock only speculative fiction and books related to helping writers improve their craft and build plausible worlds. The non-fiction section is therefore pretty broad, and suggestions for additional books are always welcome.Our catalog system is by theme, with books listed alphabetically by author. It beats hunting by author hoping for fantasy, or reading every description looking for a time travel story. This site is old-fashioned; we know it, we admit it, and we're working on such new-fangled innovations as search engines and shopping carts. Consider it our contribution to steampunk.
Books are generally available through Amazon, either used or new. We list titles we think you'd like regardless of availability, as in all cases at last sighting they were at least available used, and are worth owning.
